Administrator, Office Administrator​/ Coordinator, Administrative​/Clerical

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our growing team, supporting a range of water industry projects. This is a fast-paced administrative role where you'll play a key part in preparing excavation dig plans and ensuring work is accurately scheduled and documented for operational teams.

• Prepare dig plans and work packs for excavation teams across multiple water industry projects.
• Update and maintain project records, spreadsheets, and tracking logs.
• Use Elips to manage and process project information.
• Ensure all administrative documentation is accurate and completed within deadlines.
• Liaise with operational teams to support the smooth delivery of works.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  , including filters, spreadsheets, and updating tracking logs.
• Previous experience using Elips is highly desirable.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
• Previous administration or coordination experience within the water industry, utilities, or construction is advantageous.
