The ideal candidate will provide a professional, efficient and accurate administrative support function. Undertake general clerical duties. The post holder, will support the team to provide an effective and timely service.
The role involves handling a wide range of enquiries, requiring outstanding communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and responsive service. You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of the team while also being able to manage your own workload independently.
In addition to administrative duties, the post includes accurate data entry, maintaining electronic records, producing reports, monitoring performance information, and ensuring data quality. You will be responsible for inputting and validating information across multiple systems, supporting reporting requirements, and using data to assist with service monitoring and operational decision-making.
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday
