We are thrilled to announce that, due to significant growth and expansion, Moore Scarrott Group is hiring. As we continue to build on our success and expand the business, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join us across all areas of the business. We are looking for 2 organised, motivated, and passionate individuals to join our support team in our Taunton and Exeter based offices.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join us and become the face of our Taunton and Exeter offices. You will be an integral part of the support function across not only Taunton and Exeter but also liaising with our office in Bath to provide support to the Accountancy and Tax teams.

Providing first in class client service will be your passion and something that you will bring to life by dealing with client calls and meetings.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Welcoming visitors and dealing with their enquiries
  • Dealing with deliveries
  • Professionally answering the phone in a polite and efficient manner, taking messages and passing them to the relevant person
  • Using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, and maintain records
  • Preparing incoming and outgoing post
  • Supporting the Administration Team with other administrative duties as required.
About you

You will bring a positive and self-motivated attitude to the job. Having to work under your own initiative at times, and under the directions of others, you will be great at taking accountability and pride in your work and communicating well.

Other qualities we look for are;

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • IT literate including a knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Agile and flexible, being able to manage an often changing set of priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organise workload effectively and prioritise
  • Ability to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive relationship with clients
  • Confidently dealing with people both in person and over the telephone
  • Friendly and approachable
