At Thera, we believe that people with a learning disability should have real choice, control and influence over their lives. We are looking for an organised, compassionate and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Service Quality Director in driving this vision forward.

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role.

You'll become a trusted partner, helping the Service Quality Director manage priorities, make informed decisions, build relationships and ensure people's voices remain at the heart of everything we do. Your work will contribute directly to improving the quality of support for people with a learning disability across our organisation.

What you will be doing
  • You'll provide a mixture of executive, administrative and project support, helping the Service Quality Director work effectively as a senior leader and Board Director.
  • Manage a busy and complex diary.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, reports and actions.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations and correspondence.
  • Support quality assurance and improvement projects.
  • Conduct research and analyse information to support decision-making.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help ensure the voices of people we support are at the heart of our work.
About you
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with strong writing skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and changing demands.
  • Professional, discreet and solutions-focused.
  • Passionate about inclusion, accessibility and person-centred support.
  • Experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Coordination, Senior Administration, Health & Social Care, Charity or Quality roles would be beneficial, but we welcome transferable skills from other sectors.
  • At Thera, you'll be part of an organisation that is committed to inclusion, innovation and ensuring people with a learning disability are active citizens and leaders in their communities.
