Vehicle Technician – Exeter

Location: Exeter
Hours: 3‑week rotating shift pattern – Week 1: 06:00–14:30, Week 2: 07:30–15:00, Week 3: 11:30–20:00. One Saturday in every three on rota, with a day off during the week
Salary: £39,715 Basic + Bonus (OTE £50,000+)

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Experience as a vehicle mechanic
• Relevant Level 3 qualification, up to date
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Proficient in using a stocked toolbox for work
