Our Client, a reputable volume main dealership in Exeter, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their well-established team. Duties:

Diagnose complex vehicle systems and routine service/repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fixes.
Conduct comprehensive video vehicle health checks, identifying issues and upselling additional services where appropriate.
Advise technicians, service advisors, and customers on repair needs and repairs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop area adhering to safety standards.
Liaise with workshop supervision to ensure timely progress of all work.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality workmanship at all times.

Requirements:

Qualification at Level 3 or above in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Diagnostic certification is highly desirable, ideally obtained with a recognised brand.
Proven experience in diagnostics and fault-finding across passenger vehicles.
Confident in performing all aspects of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Ability to make quick, informed decisions prioritising customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
An MOT licence is advantageous but not essential.
