Our modern Level‑3 apprenticeship is an ideal opportunity for you to develop skills for life and work with an organisation that has ambitions to grow, where you'll be able to maximise your career potential.
This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in the automotive industry, ideally with 1‑2 years' experience within a workshop, garage, or bodyshop environment.
What will the apprentice be doing?- All aspects of modern vehicle repair methods
- Vehicle Panel repair and replacement techniques
- How to use state‑of‑the‑art equipment
- Repair excellence and quality
- Communication skills
Your training takes place both at the workplace and at one of the UK's most highly regarded training centre.
You will undertake a variety of additional on‑line training during the apprenticeship. Your endpoint assessment will be the final stage of achieving a Level‑3 apprenticeship.
Where required, we will support you to achieve a Level‑3 Panel qualification as part of your development.
During the apprenticeship, you will further develop your skills related to communication, IT, organisational, customer care, problem solving, numeracy, logical thinking and team working.
Career progressionThe apprenticeship lays the foundation for becoming an advanced senior technician and other potential career routes may include vehicle damage assessor, supervisory or management (commercial) roles.
Desired personnel qualities and qualificationsWe will be looking for those who can demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic and dedication to complete the apprenticeship and further their career within the automotive sector and who have attained the following qualifications -
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grades 5‑9) Desired
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grades 5‑9) Desired
- GCSE or equivalent ICT (Grades 5‑9) Desired
