Our client, a well-established national fleet company, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team in Exeter.

The Vehicle Technician role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle types, primarily vans.
Benefits- Basic salary up to £37,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
- OTE of approximately £43,000
- Monday to Friday working week from 08:00 am to 17:30 pm
- Paid Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota

- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining vans and other vehicle types to high standards
- Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment, testing, and repairing vehicle issues
- Carrying out MOT test inspections (Class 4 and
7) – advantageous but not essential - Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintaining and using personal tools to support repairs and diagnostics
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Confidence in vehicle repair, servicing, and maintenance tasks
- Experience using diagnostic equipment to identify faults
- Willingness to work on various vehicle brands, mainly vans
- Own set of tools required
- Motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently or within a team environment
