Vehicle Technician

Our client, a well-established national fleet company, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team in Exeter.

• Basic salary up to £37,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
• OTE of approximately £43,000
• Monday to Friday working week from 08:00 am to 17:30 pm
• Paid Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining vans and other vehicle types to high standards
• Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment, testing, and repairing vehicle issues
• Carrying out MOT test inspections (Class 4 and
  7) – advantageous but not essential
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintaining and using personal tools to support repairs and diagnostics

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Confidence in vehicle repair, servicing, and maintenance tasks
• Experience using diagnostic equipment to identify faults
• Willingness to work on various vehicle brands, mainly vans
• Own set of tools required
• Motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently or within a team environment
