Basic salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience, with an OTE of up to £37,000
Performance-based bonus scheme
Monday to Friday working week with 1 in 6 Saturdays on rota

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
Diagnose complex vehicle faults across all systems with accuracy
Perform routine servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
Conduct thorough vehicle health checks and communicate findings effectively to customers
Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and ensure first-time fix rates are achieved
Collaborate with workshop supervision and team members to ensure smooth workflow
Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician:
Qualified Level 3 or above in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Diagnostic certification is highly desirable, preferably from a recognised brand
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills for passenger vehicles
Confident in all areas of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
Full UK driving licence
Experience working in a fast-paced garage environment
Ability to make quick, effective decisions aligned with customer and company interests
MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
