Diagnostic/Master Vehicle Technician required in Exeter

• Volume Main Dealer
• Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Basic salary of up to £45k depending on skill level and experience, OTE up to £48k

Duties of a Diagnostic/Master Technician:

• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional service
• Accurately diagnose issues and communicate findings to the service team
• Keep up-to-date with technical developments within the automotive industry
• Assist junior team members and share technical knowledge as required

Requirements of the Diagnostic/Master Vehicle Technician:

• Proven experience as a Master Technician or senior Vehicle Technician
• Relevant qualifications including MOT, diagnostics, and repair certifications
• Strong diagnostic skills and a good understanding of automotive systems
• Excellent problem-solving qualities with a keen eye for detail
• Valid UK driving licence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
