The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs

· Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

· Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work

· Achieving first-time fixes through accurate diagnosis

· Following manufacturer and health & safety procedures

· Maintaining workshop equipment and a safe working environment

· Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture

· Speaking with customers where required to assist with technical explanations

· Ensuring every vehicle is treated with the highest level of care

About You
You'll ideally have:

· NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

· Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Service Technician

· Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

· Excellent attention to detail

· Full UK Driving Licence

· MOT Tester qualification desirable but not essential
