We are seeking a highly experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable franchised main dealer in Exeter, Devon. OTE up to £36,000 with uncapped earning potential

Duties of the Service Advisor:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and provide exceptional customer service
Efficiently manage service bookings and keep customers informed about repair progress and estimates
Upsell additional services and parts to meet customer requirements and increase dealership revenue
Maintain accurate service documentation and administrative records
Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure all work is completed within scheduled times and to quality standards
Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar motor trade role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes
Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach to service
