We're looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Natural Resources, Infrastructure team based in Exeter, Southwest, working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration. How does an apprenticeship work?As a Business Administration Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with our Natural Resources, Infrastructure team to contribute to the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes, as well as improving reporting capabilities and analysing data.
Your Day To Day Will Include- Responding to system queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Creation of videos for communication and training purposes using AI software
- Updating, building and maintaining data and reports using SQL and PowerBI
- Mining and documentation of processes for our transactional teams
- Practical experience: gain valuable hands‑on experience in your field.
- Skill improvement: develop technical and professional skills.
- Networking: build professional relationships and expand your network.
- Career insight: gain insights into your chosen industry and potential career paths.
- GCSE's in Maths & English
- Have knowledge of using Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Can work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently
- Possess excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
