  • Proactively progress estate matters, reducing delays and unlocking income for clients in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with charity clients, representing them with professionalism, care, and a client‑centric approach.
  • Act as an extension of clients’ teams by providing bespoke, responsive support aligned to their individual needs and priorities.
  • Apply strong attention to detail and high‑level numerary skills to monitor and reconcile income, identify estate account issues, review estate valuations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to maximising the value of charitable gifts for our clients through thorough case management and financial oversight.
  • Collaborate with our wider team, including our contentious probate, charity probate, property, and governance specialists, to deliver comprehensive support to clients.
  • Actively contribute to team knowledge‑sharing and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our clients receive high‑quality support.

  • Commitment to high‑quality client care and relationship‑building.
  • Confidence working in a digital environment and adapting to new systems and processes.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
