EY is seeking a UK Benefits Manager to shape and deliver our employee benefits and financial wellbeing strategy across the UK & Ireland, with a hybrid working pattern. In this role you will develop the benefits portfolio, build business cases, and partner with Reward, Pensions, Wellbeing and Talent to strengthen our employee value proposition.
Reporting to the UK & Ireland Benefits Lead, you will analyse data, benchmark competitors, and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining governance
