Exciting opportunity for a Junior Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a leading construction and fit‑out organisation. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to gain hands‑on experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. As the Junior Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside experienced quantity surveyors, you will be involved in cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting on a variety of projects.

• Assisting with cost estimation, budget preparation, and tender submissions
• Supporting the preparation of valuations, payments, and final accounts
• Assisting with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate project records and reports
• Learning to interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications
• Supporting senior team members in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying
  , Commercial Management, or a related subject (or due to graduate this year)
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a genuine interest in construction and quantity surveying
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Full UK driving licence
