Site Supervisor – Newquay, Cornwall

Due to an increase in work, our National client is currently looking for a Non-working Site Supervisor for a grounds maintenance project in Cornwall

Successful applicants must be detail-oriented and knowledgeable, have good communication and problem-solving skills, and have exceptional leadership abilities.

• Liaising with the client daily to assist with their site requirements
• Providing information and assistance to the project manager to ensure client satisfaction throughout the contract.
• Manage the daily site Health, Safety Environmental, and Quality aspects
• Material management (minimised wastage and reduced theft)
• Record on-site activities daily to capture installation volumes
• Liaise and cooperate with site managers to ensure client satisfaction

• Interpreting site plans and schedules
• Understanding of the need to record site program delays to ensure any commercial constraints are recorded.
• Good communicator with all levels and disciplines of staff
• Calm and considerate approach to managing the general public
• Ideally, the candidate will have a background in grounds maintenance operations

• SSSTS and Gold CSCS (essential)
• SMSTS (Desirable)
• First Aid at work: 3- day (desirable)
• Driver's license (essential)

The rate of Pay will be £17.50 per hour to start
