Quantity Surveyor; Construction - Devon

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Construction) - Devon
I am delighted to work alongside this business - a construction company in the Devon & Cornwall region who are well known for their quality projects and delivery They have a large stream of work happening throughout the course of the next 2 - 3 years and subsequently, need to expand the team. Working across a variety of sectors, from healthcare to education and commercial, typically they will out their name to projects ranging in value from £5M - £15M

Key Duties:

- Obtaining tenders, budgeting, managing projects, liaising with clients and suppliers - To maintain a high level of commercial awareness, communication and to work within a small team to deliver excellent customer service - Ensure that projects stay within budget and maximize the profit margin.

- Preparing contract documents - Procurement of Subcontract and Supply packages Does this sound like you? Everything starts with a conversation.
