The Role Youll work within the Property Services Division, delivering insurance reinstatement projects including flood, fire and damage repairs across residential, commercial, educational and industrial buildings. Project values range from £10k to £3m, including negotiated works and schedule of rates projects. Youll support estimating, commercial management and project delivery, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients. About You Experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating within the Construction sector Willingness to learn and develop professionally Interested in working within the UKs Construction and Property Services sectors Good commercial awareness and attention to detail Happy with an office & site-based role initially (opportunity for hybrid will follow) Ideally based within 1 hour of Gloucester This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop with an established, stable and extremely busy contractor, gain hands-on experience across a range or projects, and build a career rather than just a CV.
