Groundworks Manager Small Residential Developments (Torrington, Exeter)
Our reputable client is seeking an experienced Groundworks Manager to lead teams on small residential developments. Taking ownership of setting out, concrete slabs, drainage, roads, kerbs, and earthworks, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard.
Why this role matters:Lead skilled ground worker gangs on diverse residential sites. Hands‑on role with autonomy to professionally manage day‑to‑day operations. Competitive rate: £270-280/day (CIS or Ltd company). Ongoing projects with immediate start.
What we're looking for:- SSSTS or SMSTS certified.
- First Aid trained.
- CSCS/CPCS plant tickets (dumper/digger).
- Proven experience running ground worker teams on small-scale developments.
