Site Manager (Envelope)
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie are recruiting for a site manager with a specialism in external envelope (roofing/cladding) on a large commercial project in Exeter.
Key Duties- Management of external works contractors
- Oversee day to day operations regarding foundations and drainage
- Ensure program is delivered safely, on time and in budget
- Correspondence with wider construction management team and engineers
- Manage people in a proactive and effective manner
- Externals background, particularly within roofing and/or cladding
- Experience with in large commercial projects
- SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
- Knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work
- Competitive Salary
- 10 hours a day
- 6 months initial contract, possibly more
- Long term prospects
