Pay: £20–£21 per hour
Hours: 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting one slinger to join a commercial construction site in Exeter. This is a temp contract offering the chance to work on high-quality commercial projects on a long term basis.

Key Duties

Oversee the safe execution of all lifting operations.
Implement and enforce safety procedures.
Carry out risk assessments.
Ensure all personnel are properly trained and equipped with the necessary PPE.

Requirements

Proven crane experience within the construction industry.
Qualified as a CPCS Slinger or NPORS.
Fit to work medical.
Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: £20–£21 per hour (CIS available).
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.
PPE and tools provided at site.
Possible long‑term work available after first phase is complete.
