Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a hybrid role based in Exeter. This position involves supporting the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects, requiring 2-3 onsite days per week.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quantity surveying, especially within infrastructure, knowledge of NEC contracts, and will ideally be MRICS or FRICS qualified. A strong background in cost management and commercial risk is essential.
