Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a hybrid role that requires being onsite in Exeter 2-3 days per week. The position involves supporting the commercial delivery of major infrastructure and capital programmes.
Key responsibilities include managing cost plans, providing commercial reporting, and administering contracts. Candidates should have proven quantity surveying experience, strong knowledge of NEC contracts, and a relevant degree. MRICS/FRICS qualification is desirable.
