Build Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Exeter with a competitive salary of up to £75,000. This position involves managing maintenance & refurbishment programmes and requires strong NEC experience.
The successful candidate will monitor contract progress, liaise with Contract Managers, and prepare valuation reports. Proven experience in the construction sector and strong IT skills are essential. A full UK driving licence is also required.
