External Contracts Manager Eastleigh / Bracknell / Yeovil Up to £48,383 per annum (DOE) 37 hours per week Permanent | Full Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced External Contracts Manager to join a busy Property Care team within a leading Housing Association. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and contractor management experience to take ownership of a major roofing programme alongside a range of externally delivered maintenance contracts including windows, doors, roofing and external works projects.

The Role Managing externally sourced maintenance and refurbishment contracts Overseeing roofing replacement programmes and specialist external works Ensuring contractors deliver works to agreed quality, budget and timescales Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders while driving service improvements Monitoring financial, contractual and compliance performance Managing specialist maintenance projects requiring technical expertise Attending sites, contractor meetings and office collaboration days across the region About You Experience working within a Housing Association or social housing environment Strong technical understanding of property maintenance and external works Experience managing contractors, programmes and project delivery Confident challenging performance and driving continuous improvement Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region Locations Applicants should live within commuting distance of one of the following offices:
