MCG Construction is recruiting an experienced Team Leader for Drainage Services to work on a university build project in Exeter. This hands-on role involves combining leadership skills with active site work, overseeing drainage installation tasks, and ensuring that all work meets high standards.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card and previous experience leading teams in drainage or groundworks, along with a strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and site standards.
