Overview
Building Surveyor – Exeter (Hybrid). Salary: £37,000 - £46,000 plus APC support, flexible working, strong progression, and additional benefits. This role is with a large, well-established multidisciplinary consultancy serving public sector clients with opportunities for long-term career progression and APC support.
Responsibilities- Supporting and managing projects from inception through to completion
- Producing specifications, tenders, and project documentation
- Assisting with planning and building control applications
- Conducting site visits, inspections, and contract administration duties
- Working on a broad range of maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
- Hybrid working between office, home, and project sites across Devon and Somerset
- Experience with in Building Surveying
- Knowledge of contract administration and project work
- Basic AutoCAD and technical drawing experience
- Relevant Surveying or Construction-related degree
- Commutable distance from Exeter
