Assistant Building Surveyor - Exeter - £26,000 - £32,000 DOE

Our client is a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong footprint across the South West, and they're looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Exeter team.

You'll get involved in a genuine mix of work - condition surveys, contract administration, defect diagnosis, and project support across residential, education, healthcare and commercial instructions. It's a team that takes on public and private sector work in equal measure, so no two weeks look the same.

If you're partway through your APC, this is a role built to support that. You'll work alongside chartered surveyors who'll give you real client exposure rather than keeping you on admin, with structured support to get you to MRICS.

What you'll need:

• A degree in Building Surveying, or a related RICS-accredited qualification
• Some practical exposure to building surveying work, whether through a placement, graduate scheme or junior role
• A full UK driving licence, as the role covers site visits across the region
