This role involves delivering professional and project-led surveying services across commercial, residential, and rural property portfolios. Responsibilities include contract administration, project delivery on refurbishment schemes, building surveys, defect diagnosis, technical reporting, and preparing schedules of condition. The successful candidate will work autonomously on a varied workload, supported by experienced professionals within a respected consultancy.
This position offers a full-time working pattern and requires Chartered status, strong technical reporting skills, and experience in contract administration.

- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor.
- Experience delivering both professional and project work.
- Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills.
