Eden Brown is delighted to be partnering with a leading global project and cost management consultancy as they continue to grow their Infrastructure team in Exeter. Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure programmes across the South West and wider UK.

• Deliver quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, estimates and financial reporting.
• Administer contracts and manage change control procedures.
• Support procurement activities, tender evaluations and contract awards.
• Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to clients and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of projects in line with programme, cost and quality objectives.

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within major infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, including NEC forms of contract.
• Experience in cost management, procurement, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

• Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards professional accreditation.
• Consultancy experience.
