Bloor Homes in Exeter is seeking an Assistant Surveyor to support cost control and tendering on new homes. Based at our Regional Office EX1 3PD
, you will assist in preparing tender packs and cost analyses with guidance from a Senior Surveyor.
You will work closely with the Commercial and Construction teams, developing cost estimates, managing supplier enquiries, and contributing to site progress and value engineering while upholding Health and Safety standards.
