Contracts Manager

ERSG is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering highways and infrastructure projects across the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects valued between £1m and £15m, leading delivery teams while helping secure future work through framework agreements and competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of highways and civil engineering projects
Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets are met.
Support the development of new business opportunities and tender submissions.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
Provide leadership and direction to project and site teams.

About You

Proven Contracts Manager experience within highways or civil engineering.
Strong track record delivering infrastructure projects and managing multiple schemes.
Experience working under framework agreements and tender environments.
Commercially aware with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
SMSTS and a full UK driving licence.
