Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a commercial construction project in Exeter, Devon
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled 360 Machine Operator / Excavator Driver to secure long‑term work on a high‑quality commercial construction project, supporting foundation and drainage works.

What We Offer

£25 per hour.
Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.
Long‑term project with potential for ongoing work.
PPE and tools provided on site.
Opportunity to work on a commercial construction project in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities

Operate various‑sized 360 excavators safely and efficiently.
Carry out excavation work for foundations and drainage.
Support general site operations as required.
Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and instructions.

Requirements

Proven experience operating 360 excavators within the construction industry.
Valid CPCS or NPORS card for above and below 10 tonnes, including lifting operations.
Reliable, consistent and hardworking approach.
Strong understanding of safe working practices on construction sites.
