We are currently working with a leading social housing contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned works and retrofit programmes across occupied Housing Association properties throughout Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire
.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and take responsibility for a contract, with the ambition to grow the programme to around GBP
10 million per year.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the contract, including:

• Programming and planning works.
• Managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitoring progress, quality and costs.
• Managing client relationships.
• Ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Maintaining strong Health & Safety standards.
• Managing works within occupied social housing.
• Helping develop and grow the contract.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in planned works.

You will ideally have:

• Experience as a Contracts Manager or similar.
• Experience delivering planned works
  , ideally within social housing.
• Retrofit or energy-efficiency experience would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety
  .
• Strong experience in programming and planning works.
• Experience managing subcontractors and teams.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Relevant construction qualification - HNC, SMSTS, First Aid
