EXETER Circa £450per day long term role – long term projects
Exeter long term project with others to starft soon in Avonmouth and Shaftesbury
Freelance Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on civil engineering projects, typically valued at circa £1m - £4m.
Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. Predominantly a site based role.
* The main site is in Exeter, with future work in Shaftesbury
* NEC form of contract
* Reporting to Commercial Manager on project costs
* Working for a very established long established reputable business
* All clients are large blue chip construction organisations
Company Profile:
One of the UK’s long established and well-known civil engineering businesses, operating with a long order book and blue chip clients throughout the UK.
Works will typically include:
* Bulk excavation, ground beams and floor slabs
* Pile caps and foundations
* Specialist tanking installation
* Retaining walls and substructures
* Reinforced concrete sub-structures and any formwork
* External works and hard landscaping
* 278 works, car parks, etc
Rewards
* Outside IR35 Freelance QS role
