Estimator – Refurbishment & Building Fabric Tenders
Concept, part of Axis CLC, is recruiting an Estimator to join our Southwest team, handling new build, refurbishment and building fabric tenders from £50k to £10m across public sector and commercial environments.
The Estimator will price tenders, identify risks, and prepare competitive submissions, coordinating with clients, suppliers and the design team throughout the process and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery.
