The Service Advisor role is right at the heart of our dealership. You’ll be the trusted link between our customers and our workshop teams — making sure every customer feels valued, informed, and looked after from start to finish.

• Welcoming customers and setting clear expectations for their service or repair
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle’s journey
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services that genuinely benefit customers
• Following up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction
• Working collaboratively with the workshop to deliver an outstanding experience

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing service role — essential
• A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• A positive, proactive approach to meeting targets and deadlines
• Experience as a Service Advisor is an advantage, but not essential
