Customer Relations Executive

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and developing an existing customer portfolio while supporting the onboarding of new customers
• Building strong, trusted relationships with customers and maintaining effective links with operational partners
• Focusing on customer retention and actively managing churn levels
• Ensuring new customers are onboarded professionally, with smooth and effective implementation
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial performance
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and positively

• Experience in customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role
• You will have experience in customer retention
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident negotiator with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong IT and computer literacy
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
