Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Aftersales Advisor located in Exeter. The primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing aftersales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with post-purchase services. Key duties include handling customer inquiries, coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, processing warranties, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with the service team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering long-lasting customer relationships and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills for coordinating aftersales operations and managing customer appointments.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and familiarity with software used for tracking service and warranty records.
  • Knowledge of motor vehicles, automotive services, and aftersales processes is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to sustaining exceptional service standards.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
