1. Role Overview
Your primary objective is to book qualified meetings between our clients and their target customers using Linked In messaging. You’ll be an essential part of our outbound engagement process, helping connect our clients with the right decision-makers and business opportunities.
2. MethodYou’ll manage Linked In outreach directly from client accounts, sending and responding to messages with key prospects and target companies identified by the PTP team.
We use a centralised platform to track message status, making it easy to see which leads need attention and what the next action should be.
PTP provides full support to ensure you’re set up for success, including:
- Proven message templates and outreach sequences
- Training sessions and onboarding calls
- Video transcripts and client examples showing how they prefer to engage with prospects
Your performance is measured by responsiveness and meeting volume; the faster you follow up with leads, the more meetings you’ll secure.
You are expected to:
- Check each client account once per day to reply and progress conversations
- Maintain a professional, friendly tone consistent with the client’s brand
- Mark a meeting as booked only when:
- You have the prospect’s email and preferred meeting time
- The proposed time suits the client’s schedule
- You have scheduled the meeting using the provided meeting link and updated the CRM
This role can be performed remotely, however, if you prefer to work alongside the team, you are welcome to use our workspace at The Generator, Exeter (Mon–Fri).
4. Working Hours & Flexibility- Flexible hours:
You can choose when you work between 7am-3pm GMT - Remote working:
After an in person training period of 1 week you can work remotely in this role - Team check-ins:
We hold short meetings at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. (Mon–Fri) for collaboration, sharing updates, and asking questions.
