Role:
Based in Exeter, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding client support. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, ensuring excellent service delivery, and contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor include:

• Handle and process customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring high standards of service at all times
• Build product and system knowledge to provide accurate and efficient support to clients
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance targets
• Contribute to projects, training, and service improvements to enhance the client experience

Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor include:
