Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Marsh Barton. This is a key position supporting both customers and internal operations, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

• Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders and updating internal systems
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Managing customer records and documentation
• Resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner
• Providing general administrative support to the team

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team

• Salary of £29,000
• Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)
