Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per year) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw). Exeter city centre based, with free on‑site parking.

We’re looking for a dedicated night worker who thrives on night work and won’t fall asleep on the job! Your job will be to keep our customers safe, our buildings secure and pleasant places to be, and to maintain good relations with our neighbours.

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning.
• First line of support for our customers when the wider team or their own support network isn’t around to help.
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
• Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti‑social behaviour.

• Calm under pressure with great communication skills.
• Passion and experience in supporting others, either personally or professionally.
• Good judgement and clear communication.
• Recognises when things are about to go wrong and is confident intervening in a sensitive way.
• Vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage will be paid.

• Travel between our buildings across Exeter when required – the services are within easy walking distance.
• Working 12 hours per shift on a rolling rota between the hours of 7 pm and 8 am, with one‑hour unpaid break.
• Although you’ll work nights, regular training and team meetings are held.
• Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues.
• Enhanced DBS check required (we pay for it).
