Up to £27,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Office Based Join a growing premium consumer brand where customer experience comes first. We're recruiting on behalf of an established and rapidly growing premium consumer brand looking for a Customer Service Advisor to become the heart of its customer support function.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine care.

The Role You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple channels, including telephone, email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution. Processing customer orders and supporting order fulfilment. Responding to telephone, email and live chat enquiries. Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Processing refunds, replacements and credits. Liaising with warehouse, production and finance teams to resolve customer issues. Tracking deliveries and logistics queries. Maintaining accurate customer records. Supporting continuous improvements to customer service processes.

About You We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll ideally have:
Previous customer service experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A confident and friendly telephone manner. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Good attention to detail. The ability to prioritise a busy workload. Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems. A positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Experience with in retail, e-commerce, hospitality or the pet industry would be advantageous but is by no means essential. What's on Offer Salary up to £27,000. Permanent full-time position.
