The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing efficient and professional support while ensuring every customer receives the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls in a busy contact centre environment. Resolving customer queries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Investigating customer issues and identifying the most appropriate solutions. Providing accurate information about products, services and customer accounts. Updating customer records accurately using internal CRM and business systems. Liaising with internal departments to resolve more complex enquiries.
Working towards individual and team performance targets, including quality and customer satisfaction. Building positive relationships with customers through every interaction. Maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude during busy periods. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is motivated to make a positive difference with every customer interaction.
You'll ideally have:
Around 12 months' experience within a customer-facing role such as customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, reception or sales support. Excellent communication and active listening skills. A friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner. The ability to remain calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions. Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new software.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000. OTE of up to £30,000.
