FMG RS is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the face of our Bodyshop in Exeter. You will manage reception duties, book cars in for repair, prepare job cards and files, and keep paperwork organized.
You will report progress to customers and arrange courtesy cars while handling payments securely. Ideal candidates will have prior customer-facing work experience and strong IT/Admin skills, plus a full UK/EU driving licence and a professional appearance.
