Select Tech Group in Exeter is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Advisor to join our UK & Ireland team. The role is based in Exeter, full-time (38 hours) with a salary of £26,000, and involves handling calls, emails and live chat to deliver outstanding service for Apple product customers.
You will answer questions, book appointments, resolve issues, and keep accurate records while supporting multiple departments and maintaining a welcoming, professional in-store and online customer
