Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Exeter, Devon. This is a vital role within a well-established business, offering the opportunity to further your career in the motor trade while benefit ting from a supportive work environment and attractive remuneration package.

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £36,000
Monday to Friday working week, no weekends required
Working hours from 8am to 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships
Managing service bookings and maintaining clear communication with customers
Identifying upselling opportunities for additional products and services
Assisting with vehicle drop-off and collection processes
Maintaining accurate documentation and service history records
Collaborating effectively with the workshop team and parts department to ensure seamless operations Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Full UK driving licence
