Customer Service Advisor

Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a successful and growing consumer brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a small friendly team, supporting customers across the UK and Europe and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online.
• Providing product advice and pre-sales support.
• Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Processing orders, returns, refunds and exchanges accurately.
• Supporting wholesale customers with order and product enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and process payments securely.
• Assisting customers with website navigation and online ordering.

Salary: £28,000 pro rata + benefits including pension, free parking, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, EAP.

Location:

On site at offices in Exeter (outskirts).

Hours:

27,5hours per week, ideally 9am - 3pm, Mon - Fri

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar customer-focussed role, experience of working in e-commerce would be useful.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
